This is NOT a sit-back-and-wait sales job. This is for the rep who creates deals, owns their territory, and wins.
If you’re a true outside sales hunter who thrives on building relationships in the field and closing real business—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and close new B2B accounts (builders, contractors, investors, dealers)
- Live in the field: job sites, cold calls, referrals, networking
- Sell flooring + cabinets based on value—not price
- Build a $100K+/month territory within 12–15 months
- Own your pipeline, schedule, and results
What It Takes
- Bilingual: English + Spanish
- Proven outside sales / business development mindset
- You prospect daily (20–25 touches/week minimum)
- You handle rejection and keep moving
- You’re respected by contractors and blue-collar pros
- You close—and build long-term relationships
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1: Open 5–10 new accounts
- Month 3: Build $50K pipeline
- 6 Months: $250K+ in revenue
- 12–15 Months: $750K–$1M+ book of business
